Meet Our Management Team

Philip R. Gow Partner

Philip Gow is a Partner at GreenFrog, a digital marketing consultancy built on the premise that marketing and technology have become so intertwined that technology should now be thought of as the foundation of marketing. Drawing from his diverse background in business and technology, Philip led the formation of GreenFrog’s consulting approach—a cross-functional approach that blends traditional business analysis with design thinking and deep customer insight.

A leader in business and technology, Philip established and led Advisory Platform Solutions (APS), a consulting firm specializing in solutions that address the unique challenges of the investment community. Recognizing the market need for digital marketing expertise, Philip spun off GreenFrog from APS in 2011.

Prior to founding APS and GreenFrog, Philip led the Wealth Management and Financial Planning practice at American Management Systems (currently AMS-CGI). Philip’s entrepreneurial experience includes successfully establishing and leading three technology services firms, a on-line education company, and a digital financial planning tools company. His professional experience includes providing strategic consulting services to CEOs within Fortune 500 banking, brokerage and insurance firms.

An acknowledged expert in management and technology consulting, Philip routinely addresses industry conferences and contributes regularly to industry events and publications. In addition to his focus on digital marketing and wealth management, he contributes in the areas of the client experience, innovation, digital publishing, site usability and tool adoption.

Philip holds an undergraduate degree from John Hopkins University and advanced degrees from both The Wharton School and Harvard University.

David Mondgock Partner

David Mondgock is a Partner at GreenFrog and a leading expert in marketing and the field of marketing intelligence. David drives GreenFrog’s analytics innovation, especially in digital, social and customer analytics domains.

As a marketing technologist, David brings actionable insights and advice to clients, improving the identification and segmentation of customer groups, their buying cycles and their experience in buying. David and his team were responsible for some of the first innovations in multi-touchpoint attribution within several Fortune 100 companies.

David leads the development of GreenFrog’s proprietary approach to marketing analytics, an approach that includes real, actionable methods and strategies to ensure our clients make well-founded decisions. The results are a foundational set of capabilities that optimize the delivery of digital content that drive targeted action delighting executive stakeholders–from the CMO to the CFO.

With over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, David’s expertise involves integrating analytical strategies to improve marketing performance and improve bottom-line growth. This experience enables organizations to better understand customer buying cycles as well as the ability to forecast the movement of revenue through an integrated marketing and sales funnel. David’s experience and expertise with analytics technology includes leading vendor platforms as well as custom approaches leveraging big data technologies and cloud computing.

David has a demonstrated ability to generate innovative insights from rigorous analysis and influence user experience with improved navigation, customization and impact of product-related interactions. He is well-versed in business discipline providing consistent structure, context and meaning of analytical findings.

David holds an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University.
